Recently I watched Diana Nyad on a TEDx talk.

Her message:  Never, ever give up!

At age 64, after 4 previous failed attempts she finally met her goal of swimming from Cuba to the US.  She says, ‘we did’ because she knows she could not have done it without her team.  She says that it was the journey that had her meet this goal.  And she admits that the goal was oh so sweet!  I love that!  She just kept going…. and going.  One arm out at a time.

So, if you have goals from 2013, 2012, 2011 or 1990 for that matter, NEVER, EVER GIVE UP.  And watch Diana’s message on TEDx if you need more inspiration. She’s got a terrific message.
